If Israel and the U.S. can bomb any country that harbours terrorists, is it O.K. for other countries to do the same? Earlier, someone gave the example of IRA blasts in Britain. Did Britain bomb the Republic of Ireland?

How about Mumbai - should India bomb Pakistan and Bangladesh?
