Like, fill some backpacks with real explosives and then send the patsies off like it's just another drill, only, you detonate the bombs when they're in place on buses. Or you'd schedule just another drill crashing planes into the Trade Centers and then tell NORAD not to get their panties twisted, it's just another drill. Our govts are carrying out the terrorist attacks. And they're using "drills" as cover.
