To bad he doesn't live on the West end of the Island. I attend 3 different jams a month. I know of a place near the Richelieu that have jams but not sure if they still have them. The place is called "Carignan". Now if he lives near there he could ask city hall or check out community bulletins. There is also a place near Three Rivers but this may be to far for him.
