I'm with Lin on this one - I would have:
1. My Lovely New Bernina (7 years old, but until the day I die it will be My Lovely New Bernina)
2. Fabric to sew on it
3. A cat - tough decision - which one of the 3?
4. Photos of my husband and sons
5. A book
6. Chocolate - dark chocolate, 72% - yummo!
