Solarac looks interesting Alice but at $7000 (after state rebates)plus installation it is about 4 times the price of the air conditioner that it would run.
Needs to be a huge price improvement before it will be taken up in serious numbers.
Compared to the improvements made in other electronic gizmos,solar is still in the stone age.
