Prices are ^up in Takoma Park, Joe; I'd hate to have to buy there right now.... but since we are wishing, it would be a good place to start.....except that it is surrounded by The Greater Washington suburban nightmare! We do have all the music you could shake a stick at, however....and plenty of cats.
