Sonnet 27/06/06                           MLXII

The memory of dreaming of your eyes
Will have to serve to fulfill my desire:
I cannot ask for hope. Would you advise
That I forget just smile, or life, entire?
Dream of muse seems to be forever part
Of past, and present: Can future ignore
Vision I long to hold? Can you give heart
A reason to not wish to dream restore?
Heart has only a dream, to hope refine:
Should I deny concern that you are well,
Or that I want you happy? Is hope sign
That I will always be under your spell?
If dream of muse is all that I can hold,
Can heart ever have night it is not cold?
