I agree with BillD and a couple of the others--if your meds are part of the problem, then you need to discuss that with your doctor, the sooner the better. And you need to resolve the sleeping question before you two are in bed. Make other arrangements if sleeping together is going to be a hardship (pun intended!) for him or you.

If this is one of those complicated trips where you travel and he's paying, then you really need to sort it out before the trip. Is being good company enough? I hope so.
