IMO, I expect that the phones would be used to time the releases of bio agents. The increased spread from that--assuming the devices were near duct systems--could infect people without them knowing. They then take it home with them. It spreads to others. If no one gets sick for three days or so, the number of people affected could be enormous. And, with the mobility of people today, it could spread quickly and widely.

A bail of any amount is ludicrous, IMO. The money is there for them to skip and go elsewhere. Who's using what for brains?
