Lifebuoy soap. My mum used this Carbolic Soap when she scrubbed a half moon at the front doorstep. She washed the collars of shirts with it. It was used for everything around the home, and when I was washing that night to go out I stood and picked the stones out of it ! Always had a clean fresh smell. When I smell it today reminds me of the old days. I still keep a bar of it in my bathroom.
