I had a woderful time as usual, mostly in the Bedford but with ocasional outings to the Ham Marquee, the Swan, the Anchor, the Old Ship and the Dove.

I would like to echo previous comments about Colin and his staff in the Bedford, who seem to cope magnificently almost 20 hours a day with heaving crowds with good humour and good grace, and never any hint of trouble. It truly is a remarkable place.

Also congratulations to all the organisers and festival workers, who seem to have preserved all the best bits of the fesitval and have got things up and running remarkably well in a short space of time.

I'll certainly be back.
