My neighbor's Dachshunds barked their asses off every time I entered my own back yard. I bought a thing called Bark Free that detects a dog's bark and emits a high pitched sound that is irritating to dogs. It is supposed to program them to stop barking.

They moved away before I installed it so I don't know if it works.
