Perhaps we should all speak out against any form of profiling.

Profiling is selecting innocent people for prosecution or special treatment because of their looks or behavior.

Take speeding for instance. A person can be driving quite safely and be somone who has never ever caused an accident, but they can be prosecuted for driving a few miles per hour above an arbitrarily set speed limit.

That's profiling as well. As long as we allow ANY profiling to exist, then those who are racists will have an excuse to promote their own hatred.
