I have no cucumbers, corn or potatoes but I have everything else I need. My tomatoes are ripening (picked seven yesterday) and have lots of lettuce and beans.

Tomorrow, my Mexican friend is coming over to help me make hot sauce with the tomatillos, cilantro and jalapenos.

So much for the myth of the "Great White North."
