Being geographically challenged :o} it took me a moment to figure out that the Middle East is part of the Asia.
But fwiw, here's some information on the Asian Football Confederation:
The 46 member Asian Football Confederation (AFC) is the governing body of football in Asia, excluding Cyprus and Israel.
