Advantages of renting:
1. When the heat goes out at 3:00 am, call the landlord. 2. When the roof leaks, call the landlord. 3. When the pipes break, call a plumber. Send ;bill to landlord. 4 For those of us who are somewhat phobic of housecleaning, the dirt never piles up more than 4 years deep. That's because you clean when you move in, and you clean when you move out.
