On a serious note, I kind of feel like whichever party in a relationship WANTS sex should maybe use their powers of persuasion and seduction instead of asking for or expecting sex.
And if you have reasons for not WANTING to be turned on (e.g., you have a serious case of crotch rot or you're saving yourself for Mr/Miss Right - or both), well, the two of you need to talk about that.
