Simple living is a lifestyle, a mindset or a different set of values. A different view of what things are worth in terms of effort VS reward. Also the utility of objects once you have them.
Is a cup of Starbucks worth $3? Do you really need a CD player in that 4WD suv with all the "conveniences"? I don't even have power windows in my 2WD pickup.
Do you need an RV sitting in your driveway and depreciating to be used once or twice a year? I did but I got rid of it for simplicity.
What kind of clothes do you need? All I own are T shirts, shorts, a few jeans, a few button up shirts, 1 jacket, 1 winter coat and 1 suit.
