Finally a sane voice rising above the din.
I do wonder though when I read all the past agreements with so many neighbors will this call go unheeded or will it's sound chill the hotheaded to the bone so that there'll be no need for future agreements & all can live as neighbors should with a helping hand to give each other or a stab in the back & a set back.
