None better, wld, none better...

I WISH I could remember who & what it was about, but I can't... Hollywood did a remake of a film that Oliver had been the lead in, & whoever played the role in the remake failed to get across one scene anything like as well as Larry had done (in the opinion of the Critics). The fact is, this Hollywood actor had played the scene with much wringing of hands & wailing, etc, very dramatically (& no it wasnt Hamlet, & it wasnt 'The Scottish Play'...am pretty sure it wasnt Shakespeare at all) & Larry had done it with his back to the camera.

It was actually SAID by one Critic that "Olivier is a better actor with the BACK OF HIS NECK than 'xxxxx' (whoever it was) at his best.

Wish I knew what it was to see the 2 films & compare!
