Guest, the problem is this: There are too many different people here. Too many idle minds. Too many cooks spoiling the soup. It's like trying to arrange a game with a few thousand passersby on a very busy streetcorner in New York City, and expecting them all to "get" the rules and play the game properly as they are briefly going by.
You also assume that they all have enough goodwill to cooperate and do what you want. Many of them don't.
Then there are those f*ckers whose only joy is to deliberately do exactly what others don't want. There are always a few of those too.
