Spaw - a pair of mine are indeed ripped, but I keep them anyway!

They're really comfortable cotton trousers that don't have zippers or buttons. The back of the waistband is elastic and the front has two flaps that fold over to gather in the slack. These flaps have industrial sized velcro pads on them to keep them in place. They're great for festivals because they are lightweight, multi-sex, adjustable and have pockets (a rarety in ladies trousers).

I managed to wear a pair all the way through being pregnant (washed them occasionally of course) and they expanded nicely with me. I've got a pair in green & white mattress ticking which are perfect for those 'dress like a pirate' days or if you want to look like you're wearing green striped pyjamas.

And they come in the most fantastic patterns and fabric colours!
