There's no use in catching the perfect boogeyman...at least, not until you've invented a new one to keep the War on Terror mini-series moving on into another season. It would ruin the dramatic tension to catch him, and that might kill the ratings and the show might have to be cancelled prematurely. You can't have a proper war on terror show if you catch the boogeyman. Perhaps if Ahmadinejad serves well enough in his place, however, Osama could be retired from the show permanently in a season or two.
