Here's what it said at www.NPR.org (I searched for "Big Red Songbook" and it came up first) --
Industrial Workers' Songbook Gets Big Update by Rachel Goodman
All Things Considered, September 4, 2006 ยท Music and singing has always been integral to the Industrial Workers of the World, a universal union for labor created in 1905. Since its creation in 1905, the IWW has published a Little Red Songbook with music that has been sung and played at rallies and demonstrations ever since.
Some of the songs have achieved anthem status like "Solidarity Forever," and others have been popular successes like "Hallelujah, I'm a Bum."
Folklorist Archie Green has compiled songs from all 39 editions of the Little Red Songbook into The Big Red Songbook.
