As per Rodney "I-get-no-respect" Dangerfield, I have mired thru yet another of these dreadfull things except this time I actually had to get in the friggin' car and drive 2 hours to do some consulting on a 160 year old building... Seein' as it is my birthday I told the owner that the best thing she could do is tell the tenants to get the heck out and torch the sumabitch...
