Dublin is lovely of course, and mandatory, but Belfast gets short shrift, and I find it a very enjoyable place to be. The north coast as well, with the Giant's Causeway and Bushmills, with its distillery and view of Scotland (on a good day). The mountains of Mourne are lovely too.
