Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Muff it was through one of the Scottish lists that I met her 6 or 7 years ago. This past year Muff wrote me every day (sometimes twice a day at week-ends!) telling me all about her day, what she was cooking for dinner, who was staying over with her, and all about her concerts etc. not forgetting what her cats were doing, etc.etc. A truly amazing woman and a very wonderful person was Muff. We will all miss her terribly.
