I doubt it although people do refer to that date here (in the US) as nine-one-one, which is the emergency #, rather than nine-eleven, which is the normal way of saying that date; the reason I doubt it is that only Americans put the month first - everywhere else the date is eleven-nine. I doubt that bin Laden is that sublte.
