Subject: Hagstrom BJ12E pegbridge for sale
With some regret I am selling my very rare Hagstrom BJ12E pegbridge. This particular guitar is the only one known to have a curious wood effect on the factory pickup that nearly matches the neck, and as far as anyone I know has been able to tell the electrics are factory, so it is rare, rare, rare.

It is featured on the Hagstrom UK site with a little snippet of information from its previous owner Nicolai Kehlett, the grandson of the famous violinist Feature on Hagstrom UK .

Thanks to local guitar-fixer extraordinary Brian Rodgers the interesting factory electrics now work correctly (through the factory-located jack socket on the lower bout) and there is also a B-Band UST under the saddle running through a B-band core99 endpin preamp coming out an endpin jack.

The action is low enough to hold a pound coin at the octave.

Obviously the guitar would be better collected than shipped but I have three cases (one that is really rough and not too wonderful and I would throw in free, one that went to Denmark to get the guitar when I bought it so has marks and I use it for other guitars so I am not keen to sell it but would, and one very nice and new for which I would want £50.

In view of the guitar's interesting features and provenance, not to mention the B-band and other work I've had done, I'd like £600 but might haggle some.

I am however putting it on ebay, and the reserve will be £375 but I hope it will make a good bit more.
