The US is still totally responsible for AG. They are your allies (pronounced puppets), installed entirely by you and totally dependent on American tolerance for their continuation. You can't worm out and say it's someone else's responsibility, any more than the Germans could claim that their Hungarian puppets in WWII were acting independently. It's still an American war crime.
