Hoy damn! We're approaching our goal, which seems to be to have a strong central repressive government in Iraq, using imprisonment and torture as a means of governance. Now if we could convince the powers-that-we-wish-would-be to be secular, rather than sectarian, we could say "Mission accomplished!" (or maybe we could have saved a lot of lives and money by leaving Saddam in--that's what he provided)
