It sounds like he's saying, 'I'm comin' from the fall', but it could be 'the farm', 'afar' or something else that may be blindingly obvious when one finally hears it properly. It took me about 15 minutes of repeated plays to get this for the first verse, but I wouldn't vouch for it:
