gee that is too bad you had that experience. I have never had a bad time there (have seen John Renbourne there, too). The Paperboys cost 8 bucks; I think Renbourne was $10--hardly expensive by Boston standards; I know each artist is different though. I have heard Mr. G. is somewhat unreliable about showing up to gigs, but not that he walked off in the middle of them; most performers make the most of such situations, don't they?
