Well, at last something we can agree on. I watched it, saw some marvelous golf, and congratulate the Europeans on a spectacular showing. There can be no doubt about the statement made by their play. They were victorious from start to finish. Hail to the Victors.

And how about Darren Clarke? Just six weeks after the death of his wife. He was full of emotion, yet played wonderfully. Even the Americans were pulling for him.

My homeland needs to take a lesson in teamwork from the inspirational play of this European team. Seems like a metaphor for the world diplomatic situation today.
