I would argue that irrelevant cybermadness with no redeeming social value is not the purpose of the Cat. The MOAB certainly pushes this boundary, but it brings out humor, creativity, and occasional poetry, while something like this requires no humor, no creativity and inspires nothing but hot air. Loading down the Cat's servers with meaningless trash is kind of...well, maybe the word is counter-productive.
