I read years ago in a "Ripley's Believe It or Not!" that Santa Anna eventually emigrated to the United States, where he imported Chickle from Mexico and introduced chewing gum, previously unknown here. I don't care if its true or not, it sounds great, so I believe it. (Would Ripley lie?)
