Dear Mudcatters, thanks for your kind thoughts and prayers. I enjoy you all regardless of political fences and some of our rollicking debates. I want you to know that my father passed this thursday last. I haven't been on line much because of events leading up to his passing and now I'm helping my Mom (80) cope with the aftermath. My father, Bob Carter, was just 2 months shy of his 86th birthday. He had always been extreemly healthy up until the end of July and for that and many other things I am thankful. He is home with the Lord and we have God's peace about this. I hope to join the fray soon again. I miss all you guys! Thanks again for all your prayers, good thoughts and concerns. Slag (Tom)
