At this time of year many species birds are migrating. I dunno what kind of birds are colliding into your window Bobert ... but what you are encountering could be a result of migrating birds disoriented in their flight south ..... could be the reflection of your window is somehow or other attracting them ... a mirage of water maybe. Be interested in seeing what others post regarding this.
