You've heard how certain law and order presidents have used the IRS to get at opponents.

The IRS has for many years had contractors take on many duties of the Federal agency. It has exponentially expanded that practice in recent years.

Would you speculate that the new privatized IRS may have a back door open to Republican do gooders to ruin as many opponents of Republicanism as possible?

Conspiracy under every rock? Nah but I have a few questions.

Yesterday I got a bill for $40,000 from a Holly NY IRS office.
We have never even been late.
I don't know if it is double billing, wild mistake like in the movie Brazil or the common practice of a disgruntled neighbor phoning a tip that someone is a cheat or a mass 'phishing' scam.


We will have 10 business days to respond.
After that I wonder if they can try to take our house for imagined back taxes?
