Dear Mom,

I got my photo taken at the reception! Imagine my surprise when I arrived in stock, shirt, waistcoast, and tricorn (and trews and shoes, of course!), ready to boogey down to the minuet and the reel, only to find that the theme was the 1970s and not the 1770s! Nonetheless I had a decent time, ate some okay food, drank some good wine and beer, and now I have returned ready for an early beddy-by time.

And Mom -- Al has come out of retirement! He could only stand it for a couple of years and now he's back. He's still nuts, of course, but if you worked for 26 years in California you'd be nuts too -- and then there are those five or six years in Florida on top of it. But he's back and working in Florida again. I gave him my last Brand Cap.
