Hi everyone (my first time here). Just to let you all in on a new venture that's about to happen in Whitby (North Yorkshire). It's to be a series of concerts running throughout the year on a (initially) monthly basis.The first gig is on Saturday November 11th featuring Van Eyken in concert (Full band). Then on Saturday December 2nd Johnny Dickinson will be performing. A gig has still to be finalised for January but February 4th is confirmed for Martin Carthy/Norma Waterson/Chris Parkinson. March sees a free party at the venue on St Patrick's night (17th) with the wonderful CrossCurrent performing. Into April and on the 7th Kathryn & Peter Tickell will be live on stage and finishing with the initial series of concerts on April 21st with a gig from Last Night's Fun.
