Thread Name: BS: Real character, integrity & honor
Subject: RE: BS: Real character, integrity & honor
See, I think of having character, integrity and honor as being the willingness to stand openly for what one believes. Willingness to be vilified if others do not agree with your stated position. Willingness to sign one's name to a controversial stance. The refusal to speak untruths about an enemy or people holding opposing views. The refusal to spin something to one's advantage when one KNOWS that the other's view - for that moment - is RIGHT.

I do not think that it is necessary for one to die in the cause of having character, integrity and honor. I think it is far more important to LIVE with it.
