The original Hammersmith Folk Club was run by Rod Hamilton, and was in the Prince of Wales pub in Dalling Road, mind you Don Shepherd was still there. I used to go there regularly, I remember we had to throw a very drunk Dominic Behan out of the club one night. Happy days, or in that case daze.
