Like it, Get down to a good electric shop with your fiddle and experiment, it is the only way. Mimmicry is a compliment only to those being mimmiced it does nothing for your own self esteem or prowess.

I have a damm expensive dfxXXXX can't remember foot pedal as I had some ideas like this it currently sits under the sideboard gathering dust and I am playing (you'll be pleased to hear Ray) my wooden fiddle more than my electric one!
