Poetry (esp. local to you, or even your own!!!), some sci-fi, crime, ala Grafton, Evanovitch, Reichs, Cornwell, etc and stuff to help song-writing, rhyming dictionaries etc, Celtic mythology, books about Witchcraft and Druidic things,

5. what books have you really been wanting?
See above. but something that means something to you would be fave!! I have all the Graftons so far and Cornwells

6. what type of music do you like?
Folk ,Classical, Opera, No Pop, I LOATHE Rap and most current pop. I like songs with real lyrics, that are not 32 repetitions of the same single line of teen angst. And I would LOVE some of your work if you are a singer/songwriter,
Dislike,"over arranged" music and current "pop" music.
7. what cds have you really been wanting?
CDs Of Mudcatters, I have some,I have the Blue Bottle and the Mudcat CDs set, any good Unaccompanied singing

8. What movies (vhs is in the price range) have you been wanting?
I am slowly making the transition to DVD, but have a largish collection of Foreign language films on VHS(PAL) and would be happy to add to this collection,(subtitles in English preferred rather than dubbed)Region 2 dvds

Wine,(Like Burgundy in particular) Books, songs, figurines of Bears, Great Northern divers ( I have a soft toy one that makes a REAL loon sound when squeezed), Owls,

Singing., meeting Mudcatters, Folk Festivals, Tasting and Drinking wine,( I was secretary of the University Wine Society for 5 years) Food and cooking, Single Malts. Science, Pagan stuff, People watching, Song writing,

Silver, but only wear rings and stuff I already own.

I am a collection of contradictions, I am a professional scientist that believes in and practices magic, I love singing, but can't read music or play an instrument, I like to write Poetry and songs, and am learning a little, and very slowly, a bit about musical notation so I can at least write down what I hear in my head,
2.       I would be happy with local info, pix, and recipes , wine books, (pamphlet etc if you are in a wine-growing area about the local producers), and especially recordings of Mudcatters. or what you will....I Like surprises
