Why is this musical thread in BS?

Will the Current Chief of the Mudcat Editing Team contact the thread originator to seek his permisssion to move it above the line and lengthen the thread title by five extra letters of his choice? Or will he just go right ahead and do it without reference to anyone, demonstrating yet again to one and all the callous disregard he has for the rights, freedoms and liberties of ordinary posters?
