Not sure Les - If it was I don't think it is anymore. I emailed John some time ago and he said it was offline due to other prioroties I think. If I remember rightly he did say he was hoping to get it up and running again.

Aha - Just found it again. Used to be at Salford.ac.uk but now seems to have a life of its own:-) I couldn't see it before coz I got the name wrong:-( It is the village music project Owd Billy Tilt is there under 'T' - Details of the Ms and all the tunes in ABC format.
