I'm considering a trip up to Newcastle-upon-Tyne to go to the storytelling circle there on Friday 20th October. Nothing definite yet, nothing booked. I was wondering if anyone knew of anything good that I might do on a day adjoining my night out, i.e. on the Saturday. Folk club or folk concert preferably. Would then book into a B & B for an extra night. Otherwise would simply travel back the next day. So far, searches through google don't show anything interesting. I will be using public transport so don't want to travel far.
