Seriously.. awareness is all too important. My grandmother died of breast cancer, only my mother, being brought up proper, couldn't bring herself to say 'breast'... she told us it was lung cancer and refused to talk about it until I found my grandmother's death certificate in 1998, 17 years after her death.

Consequently, my sister and I, knowing it was more likely in families, if not hereditary, were blissfully unaware that we could have a couple of time bombs in our C cups (well, hers were always more towards the AA end of the scale....but you know what I mean).

I get mine checked fairly regularly from a professional. He SAYS he's a specialist.... he is VERY thorough!
