Never underestimate the power of a good hot cup of tea - it helps the Infinite Improbability Drive keep running :-)

Now, without knowing exactly what it is that Alba is going through, I can think of some times that have been like that for me. No matter how positive they are, it is really hard to go through them. I've had to take my children and run from an abusive marriage, I've had other relationship breakups that have been really hard to go through with, and several major relocations. When I had to get out of a bad sharing situation with flatmates a few years ago, I called on Mudcatters for support and ideas, and it was a wonderful comfort and source of strength to know that they were thinking of me.

Alba, it will be hard, and you will probably find yourself just wishing that it was all over, but you will find strengths that you never knew you had, and you will be all the stronger for it when you have come out the other side. I know, cos I've been there. So I'm thinking of you, and sending you energy from warm and sunny Oz. We're all pulling for you!
